Book Buddies

Book Buddies at Haverstraw King’s Daughters Public Library is a volunteer program in which teens (grades 7-12) will work with children (grades 1-4) to foster better reading skills. In addition to reading and listening, we will be playing some word and reading-focused games to sharpen these skills!

This program will take place from July 6 until August 26:
Mondays (5-6:30 PM) at both the Main Library and Village Branch
Wednesdays (5-6:30 PM) at the Main Library
Saturdays, July 11 and August 1 (12-4 PM) at the Main Library

Please note that while the sessions are 90 minutes, you are not required to stay the entire time.
For more information, stop by the Children’s Reference desk.
