Teen Volunteer Application Form

Fill out the teen volunteer application form below to request an volunteer slot. The Teen Librarian will be in touch to schedule your appointment(s)! Please allow at least one business day between the date of submission and the date of requested time.

Volunteer hours are between 1 and 8:30 PM on Mondays, between 10 and 6 PM on Tuesdays through Fridays, and between 10 and 4:30 on the first Saturday of the month only. View the volunteering schedule here.

Please note that filling out the form does not always guarantee your desired appointment, due to only three slots being available each day. Email teens@haverstrawlibrary.org if you have any questions!
